Mirzo-Ulugbek district combines industrial and residential zones: TPU City and U-Tower sit right next to the Polytechnic University, Body Wave is closer to the TTZ. Many residents are enterprise employees or university staff — flats are rented out frequently. Cleaning tends to be recurring: every 2–4 weeks for landlords. Average area is around 60 m². Access in TPU City is straightforward; security is cooperative. Travel time from our base is 45 minutes; Friendship Park and Rocket Park are useful landmarks.
