We park close to the entrance for easy loading and unloading of heavy equipment. For upper-floor apartments we confirm lift availability in advance.

Yangihayot is all new buildings, all primary renovations. New Tashkent and Yangihayot Residence feature builder's full finish — before moving in, clean the construction dust from ventilation, remove protective film from bathroom fixtures, and wash the post-installation windows. Logistics are efficient: good roads along the TKAD, parking at every block. Typical flat 65–80 m²; first clean takes 7–9 hours with a 3-person crew. Loggias need extra attention — builders leave off-cuts there. TKAD metro station is the landmark.
