Street dust in Chilanzar is exacerbated by the local old stock — windows get dirty faster. We recommend cleaning 2–3 times a year for street-facing apartments.

A large Soviet-era residential district from the 1960s–80s: standard 4–9 storey blocks surrounded by generous green courtyards. G-Clean accepts professional cleaning orders from 50 m². In Chilanzar, Soviet-era flats have double wooden frames with opening outer halves. Washing these takes longer than modern PVC units: remove the outer frame, clean both surfaces, replace. Each Soviet window takes about 12 minutes. In winter, wooden frames swell — we schedule this work in the warmer months. New complexes Mirabad Hills and Chilonzor Sky have standard double-glazing — faster. Average 6–10 windows per flat. Alay Bazaar and Chilanzar Park are landmarks.
