Yes for commercial-grade shared zones: grand entrances, marketing lobbies, club areas, parking and common parts guests compare to a hotel. That runs as an SLA project with a fixed crew — not a one-off "cheap entrance ad".
How much does business centre or mall cleaning cost per month?
From 9,000 UZS per m² per month as a baseline with one main entrance. Final price depends on restroom count, lift clusters, storefront glass and whether the mall needs daytime support. After inspection you get a quote without hidden "extra floors".
Can we work under contract and SLA with a legal entity?
Yes — it's our default mode. We lock zones, frequency, key responsibility and reporting. Administrative buildings often need pass-office routines — we bake that into the playbook so security doesn't block every evening.
What is included for office or administrative buildings?
Lobbies and reception, corridors, lift areas, visitor and staff restrooms, entrance glass, spot work on shoe marks in bad weather. Food courts in malls or parking zones are separate lines if they exist on site.
Do you work nights or only daytime?
We match the asset: business centres often after 7 PM, malls before opening or on night windows between anchor tenants. SLA states the window so we don't clash with security or deliveries.
How is quality controlled on site?
Assigned manager, shift lead and zone checklists. Telegram photos or spreadsheet sign-off — client preference. Administration feedback gets a same-day triage with a fix plan.
