FAQ
Questions & Answers
How is cleaning outsourcing different from hiring in-house cleaners?
You skip recruiting, sick leave, buying chemicals and gear, and arguing about "who mops where". Contract cleaning means a fixed crew, checklists, consumables and a manager — you pay for SLA outcomes, not payroll headcount.
Do you clean government buildings and work with legal entities?
Yes. We work as a contractor for companies: agreement, acts, clear reporting. Government and administrative buildings need agreed access windows and zones — corridors, restrooms, entrances, meeting rooms.
Is warehouse cleaning the same format as factory cleaning?
No — different risks and chemistry. Warehouse cleaning focuses on aisles, inbound areas, dust and waste zones without stopping logistics. Factory floors need extra care around oil, metal and walkways; we fix everything in the technical brief before launch.
How is this different from large enterprise cleaning from 3,000 m²?
Outsourcing starts at 2,000 m² — malls, semi-industrial sites, mid-size warehouses. The dedicated "large enterprise" service targets very large sites and plant-scale schedules from 3,000 m². Send the area and site type — we'll point you to the right page in one message.
What goes into the contract and SLA?
Frequency by zone, crew window, scope of work, keys/access responsibility, reporting format (Telegram, spreadsheet, monthly act). We don't launch outsourced cleaning without a written SLA — unclear expectations fail within weeks.
How do we control quality every day?
Shift lead on site, photos at key points, monthly summary for the client. If administration logs repeated issues we fix the root cause — roster or schedule — instead of asking everyone to "just cope".
How much does outsourced cleaning cost?
From 9,000 UZS per m² per month on a regular schedule, 2,000 m² minimum. Industrial sites with night shifts or heavy dust are quoted after a walkthrough — restrooms, aisle length and PPE rules all matter.
